These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the moba4 platform, including all betting, gaming, payment, and account services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and moba4. By clicking "I Agree", completing Account registration, making a deposit, or placing a Wager, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of all terms set out herein.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. moba4 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. moba4 is not liable for consequences arising from outdated or incorrect information provided by you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. moba4 will treat any action taken using your Account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact moba4 support immediately at [email protected].
moba4 operates a KYC verification process in line with internationally accepted responsible gaming standards. You may be required to submit copies of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. moba4 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time and to restrict Account functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.
moba4 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Additional payment methods may be introduced from time to time; the current list is displayed on the Platform.
The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though moba4 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large single deposits in line with its KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the Account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet held in the Account holder's name. moba4 targets withdrawal processing times of 5–15 minutes for verified accounts during standard WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) operating hours. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of unusually high request volume.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in IDR. moba4 does not apply currency conversion or charge foreign exchange spreads. The balance displayed in your Account at all times reflects the exact IDR amount available for wagering or withdrawal.
An Account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. moba4 may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rp 25.000 to dormant Account balances after written notice has been sent to the registered email address. Account holders may reactivate their Account at any time by contacting support.
moba4 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance.
moba4 offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet vouchers, and seasonal promotions coinciding with events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn as real money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity window will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
moba4 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, use of prohibited software, or coordinated abuse (including but not limited to "bonus hunting", arbitrage wagering, or intentional low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements). moba4's determination in such cases is final.
moba4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any Bonus Funds already credited to an Account at the time of modification will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of credit.
All Wagers placed on the moba4 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform. In all cases, the rules published on the Platform at the time the Wager is accepted shall govern settlement.
Sportsbook markets on moba4 include Asian Handicap (voor bola — the local Indonesian term for Asian Handicap spread markets, widely used in Indonesian football betting) and mix parlay (accumulator) bets. Specific settlement rules for each market type are detailed in the Sportsbook rules section. moba4 reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement cut-off time, or affected by a technical error in the odds feed.
Live (in-play) Wagers are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market at the time of placement. Due to the dynamic nature of live markets, moba4 reserves the right to suspend any live market at any time without notice. Wagers accepted and confirmed prior to a suspension shall stand; unconfirmed Wagers that were in progress at the time of suspension may be voided at moba4's discretion.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per market type. These limits are published within the relevant Sportsbook, Casino, or Slots product pages. Where a Wager's calculated winnings exceed the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the published limit and the excess will not be paid.
In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or obvious pricing mistake that results in incorrect odds, casino game payouts, or jackpot amounts being displayed, moba4 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund stakes. moba4 is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on erroneous information caused by system faults.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the moba4 Platform. A breach of any of the prohibitions below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any moba4 content without express prior written consent.
Game content streamed through the moba4 Platform from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their separate licensing arrangements with moba4.
moba4 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside moba4's reasonable control (force majeure) may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, moba4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or emotional distress, even if moba4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Where moba4's liability cannot be excluded at law, its aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant incident.
The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, representation, or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
moba4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
moba4 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption, tokenised payment credential storage, and access-controlled data systems to protect your personal information. moba4 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which moba4 holds its international operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under Indonesian law.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement between you and moba4 shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant international jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
moba4 operates under an internationally issued gaming licence. The Platform is licensed and regulated internationally; moba4 does not claim to hold, and does not represent that it holds, any licence issued by any Indonesian government authority. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction.
moba4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, moba4 will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform and/or sending an email to the registered address associated with your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance in accordance with Section 5 before the effective date of the change.
